Brand Guidelines

I headed up the creation of OTL’s brand book, establishing a clear and consistent identity to align both internal and external communications. This project ensured that OTL’s vision, values, and positioning were clearly defined and understood across the company.

As part of this rebranding initiative, I designed a new, modern logo to replace the company’s outdated mark. The goal was to create a forward-looking identity that reflected OTL’s growth, innovation, and customer-focused approach, while maintaining brand recognition. This redesign played a key role in evolving OTL’s visual presence and reinforcing its market positioning.

Working from the ground up, I researched the competitor landscape and met with internal stakeholders before setting out to structure the brand book. I carefully defined key areas, including the company vision, positioning statement, and core values. I also crafted the tagline “Save time. Sell more.”, a succinct and impactful expression of OTL’s mission. These elements were created to not only reflect the company’s purpose but also to resonate with employees and supply chain partners.

Once the framework was developed, I presented the brand identity to the Board of Directors for approval, ensuring leadership alignment. Following sign-off, I produced a series of printed booklets to roll out the brand internally, equipping employees with a clear guide to uphold brand consistency in everything from customer interactions to marketing materials.

This project reinforced OTL’s brand identity, providing a strong foundation for future growth and communication while ensuring a unified and forward-thinking message across all touchpoints.

“You did a brilliant job from start to finish on the OTL rebrand and bringing it to this point. You are innovating whilst carefully considering the content, meaning and positioning of your concepts and thoughts. You have the gravitas and intelligence to be an integral part of our culture change program and I would see you as a shoe in for a cultural architect.”
