Product Catalogue

Bringing the 2025 product catalogue to life was a detailed and collaborative process that combined organisation, design, and precision. It began with preparing and validating the product inventory in Excel, ensuring every SKU, description, and product attribute was accurate and formatted correctly for a seamless transition into the catalogue.

At the same time, I worked closely with colleagues to oversee the production of high-quality product imagery, making sure everything aligned with the brand’s visual standards. With all assets in place, I designed an InDesign template using master pages, object styles, and character styles to create a structured, cohesive layout. Once the template was finalised, I prepared the Excel data for a smooth merge into InDesign, allowing for an efficient population of product details. After merging, I fine-tuned the layout, adjusting content to ensure clarity, balance, and a professional presentation.

Beyond the structure and design, I also wrote the copy for the intro pages, setting the tone for the catalogue while maintaining brand consistency. Throughout the process, I collaborated with internal stakeholders for approvals, incorporating feedback to refine the final version.

This project was a great opportunity to blend technical expertise with creative execution, demonstrating my ability to manage complex workflows, refine visual presentation, and deliver a professional, print-ready product.
